Last week, the city of Cherepovets, Russia celebrated its 243rd Anniversary. As a surprise to the city’s residents and leadership, their foreign relations team requested a congratulatory video from various cities and towns around the world.
As one of the townships asked to participate, Montclair prepared a video message, proclamation and congratulatory letter to present to the city’s officials.
