As part of Partners for Health’s 10-Year Anniversary celebration, the Foundation is recognizing individuals and organizations who have made extraordinary contributions to health and well-being in Montclair and neighboring communities in their service area.
The Foundation will award a total of $100,000 to 10 winners later this year. Each recipient will receive $10,000. Nominations are due no later than Friday, March 16, 2018. Award criteria and nomination forms are available at the Partners for Health website.
